Executemps Ltd. is a well-established, corporate entity that has supported Bermudian businesses since 1982.
On 1 February 2020 the reins of this esteemed company transferred from Carol Carvalho to Michelle A. White, Principle Director and Owner. This eccentric, though distinctive, title of ‘Principle Director’ aims to convey Executemps’ distinguished business strategy of continuing to provide clients with a familiar, high-quality of service, ensuring that all client needs are handled professionally and with integrity. Executemps will continue to collaborate with businesses who share our vision, while also providing competitive services for our stakeholders.

About the Principle Director and Owner
Michelle White is the Principle Director/Owner of one of Bermuda’s longest established temp agencies and an expert in Immigration Work Permit Policy, Permits and Appeals matters. Her career spans over 40 years in banking, international business, retail, hospitality and legal. Finally, after serving 12 years at the Department of Immigration, her final 6 ½ years was in the role of Corporate Services.
The 10 years prior to joining Immigration, Michelle created workshops and was a facilitator with the evening Government Community Education Programme. She brings these skills and a wealth of administrative expertise and knowledge on her journey.
As a professional, a wife and a mother, she appreciates that running a business often takes heavy lifting to get the job done. She is well positioned to continue providing clients with principled, personal, and professional services and will do the heavy lifting while clients get on with their business. “Corporate Bermuda deserves to have confidence that their Bermuda investment will yield results and I happen to be a strong proponent of leading by example” said Michelle, not losing sight of her commitment to employment in Bermuda.
Who would have known in 1985, that a glowing recommendation to Carol Carvalho, the previous owner of Executemps Ltd., would come full circle more than 35 years later! Mrs. Carvalho supported Michelle by ensuring that she had employment throughout her entire undergraduate career, as she supported her own education abroad. Fast forward to 2020, Michelle White now owns the company that supported her career, a full circle experience.
Michelle White has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and obtained her Master’s degree in Management and Human Resources from Webster University (Bermuda). Michelle remains focused on rebuilding Executemps Ltd. and increasing its suite of services.
